Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our China product purchasing service. We are committed to delivering a reliable and worry-free cross-border shopping experience for customers worldwide. To protect your legitimate rights and clarify the responsibilities of both parties, we have established the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before placing an order. Placing an order means you have acknowledged and agreed to all terms of this policy.
I. Basic Requirements for Refund Applications
- All refund applications must be submitted within the corresponding time limit; late applications will not be accepted;
- Please provide your order number and proof of product issues (photos/videos, shipping records, etc.) when applying for a refund;
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, resellable, with all accessories, tags and packaging intact.
II. Refund Rules by Order Stage
Our purchasing service is divided into multiple procurement stages. Refund rules vary by stage as follows:

Pending Procurement (Order Not Placed with Seller)After payment and before we officially place the order with the Chinese seller, you can apply for a full refund. All product costs and service fees will be refunded to your original payment method with no deductions.

Seller Shipped (Domestic Transit)If you request cancellation after the order has been placed and shipped by the seller but has not yet arrived at our warehouse, the corresponding domestic shipping fee and the seller’s return handling fee (if any) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Item Received at Warehouse (Before International Shipping)If you apply for a refund after the item has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection but before international shipping, the incurred service fee, domestic shipping fee and return shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

International Shipment DispatchedOnce the parcel has been handed over to the international carrier and left our China warehouse, order cancellation and refund are not available. You may apply for return or exchange after delivery if you meet the after-sales conditions.
III. Eligible Cases for Refund
You may apply for a refund, return or exchange under any of the following circumstances:
- Product Quality Issues: The received product has factory quality defects or functional failures;
- Wrong / Missing Items: The received item’s style, specification or quantity does not match your order;
- Shipping Damage: The product is severely damaged during transit and cannot be used normally;
- Significant Description Mismatch: The actual product is materially different from the seller’s description and cannot be used normally.
*Return shipping fees and related losses arising from the above cases will be borne by us.
IV. Non-Refundable Cases
Refund, return or exchange applications are not accepted under the following circumstances:
- Personal Subjective Reasons: Refund requests due to personal preference, unmet expectations, wrong model selection or other personal reasons, after procurement has been completed;
- Custom-Made Products: Customized, engraved or modified products made to your personal requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a quality issue;
- Abnormalities Caused by Customer: Parcels returned, lost or seized by customs due to incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of customs clearance or refusal to pay import duties;
- Used Item / Damaged Packaging: The product has been used, washed or modified, or is missing original packaging, tags or accessories, affecting resale;
- Prohibited / Restricted Items: Items seized or returned by customs because they are prohibited or restricted in the destination country;
- Force Majeure: Delivery delays or losses caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, wars or sudden changes in customs policies.
V. Refund Application Process
- Submit Application: Contact our online customer service or submit a refund request via email, providing your order number and reason for refund;
- Document Review: Provide proof materials such as product photos, unboxing videos and shipping records as requested. We will complete the review within 1–3 business days;
- Return the Item: After approval, return the item to the designated address as instructed (please confirm the shipping channel with customer service for international returns);
- Refund Confirmation: After we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
VI. Refund Timeframe & Method
- Refund Method: All refunds will be returned to your original payment method;
- Processing Time: After the refund is processed, it usually takes 3–10 business days to reach your account. The exact time depends on the processing speed of your payment provider.
VII. Shipping & Duties Notes
- Return shipping fees caused by our responsibility (quality issues, wrong/missing items) will be borne by us; return shipping fees caused by personal reasons will be borne by you;
- Import duties and customs fees are determined by the destination country’s customs policies. For returns not caused by product quality issues, incurred duties and customs fees are non-refundable;
- For returns due to product quality issues, we will cover the domestic return shipping cost. International return shipping fees will be discussed separately by both parties.
