Which Chinese shopping platforms do you support for your purchasing service?

We offer purchasing services for almost all major Chinese e-commerce platforms, including Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, 1688, Pinduoduo and Douyin Shop. We cover all product categories: home goods, electronics, apparel & accessories, beauty & skincare, outdoor gear, pet supplies, industrial parts and more.

How do I place a purchasing order? What is the step-by-step process?
The process is simple:
  1. Select the items you wish to purchase and submit them to our customer service or place your order via the online ordering system;
  2. We calculate the total product cost, service fee and estimated shipping fee, and you complete payment after confirmation;
  3. We place the order with the Chinese seller, and the product will be delivered to our warehouse in China;
  4. Once all your items arrive, we conduct quality inspection, repack them into one parcel and arrange international shipping;
  5. After customs clearance, the parcel will be delivered to your door for you to sign for.
Can I use your service without a Chinese e-commerce account, phone number or payment method?

Absolutely. You don’t need to register for any Chinese platform accounts, use a Chinese mobile number, or set up RMB payment services. Simply send us the product styles you want. We will handle all platform communications, order placement and payment procedures on your behalf from start to finish, and you only need to pay in your local currency.

Can I modify my order details or cancel my order after payment?

Before we place the official order with the seller, you can freely modify product specifications, shipping address or cancel the order at no extra cost. If the seller has already shipped the item, we will assist with communication, but you may need to cover the seller’s return fee and return shipping cost.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay in my local currency?

We support major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and PayPal, covering most countries and regions worldwide. You can pay directly in your local currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and more). The system will automatically convert the amount at the real-time exchange rate — no currency exchange needed on your end.

How do you charge for your service? Are there any hidden fees?

Our pricing consists of three parts: product cost + fixed-rate service fee + international shipping fee. All charges are clearly listed before you place your order, with no hidden fees or forced markups. We promise fully transparent pricing — the final payment will match the quoted price (except for uncontrollable third-party fees such as import duties).

How is the international shipping fee calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel’s actual weight / volumetric weight, destination country and your chosen shipping channel. You can provide product details to our customer service before ordering for an estimated shipping cost. Once all items arrive at our warehouse and are weighed, we will confirm the final shipping fee with you.

Do I need to pay additional import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are determined by the customs policies of your destination country and are not included in our charges. We will provide compliant declaration suggestions based on your country’s rules to help minimize tax costs where possible. However, whether duties apply and the exact amount are subject to your local customs authority.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries and regions do you deliver to?

We deliver to most countries and regions worldwide, including the US, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and more. You can consult our customer service before ordering to confirm delivery availability for your location.

How long does it take to receive my order from placement to delivery?
The total timeline has two parts:
  • Domestic procurement: usually 3–7 business days (depends on the seller’s shipping speed);
  • International delivery: 7–20 business days for standard shipping, 3–10 business days for express shipping.
     
    Final delivery time is affected by destination, customs clearance speed and holidays. We will update you on the logistics progress throughout the journey.
What should I do if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

All parcels come with basic shipping protection. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and process a refund or re-shipment based on the actual loss. If your item arrives damaged, please provide unboxing proof within 24 hours of delivery, and we will help with compensation claims or negotiate a solution.

Quality Check & After-Sales

Do you inspect the products for me? What does the quality inspection include?

We provide free basic quality inspection for every item when it arrives at our warehouse: we verify quantity, style and specifications match your order, and check for obvious damage or defects on the appearance. If you need advanced inspection such as function testing or detailed photos, you can inform our customer service in advance and we will arrange it for you.

What if the product has quality issues or does not match the description?

If the product has quality issues, is wrong, or does not match the seller’s description, please provide photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately communicate with the Chinese seller to help you apply for return, exchange, replacement or refund, and fully protect your rights.

Can you purchase fragile items, large furniture or custom-made products?

Yes, we can. For fragile items, we use professional reinforced packaging to reduce damage risk. For large furniture and heavy items, we will match the most suitable shipping channel. For custom-made products, we will confirm all custom details with the seller on your behalf. Some special items may incur extra packaging or shipping surcharges, which our customer service will inform you of before ordering.

Can multiple orders be combined into one package for shipping?

Absolutely. We support consolidated shipping: items from multiple platforms and multiple orders can be sent to our warehouse, and we will pack them into one parcel once all have arrived — this greatly saves your international shipping cost. We offer a free storage period, so you can place orders gradually and ship them all together.
