Taoism believes that wearing a talisman engraved with the Golden Light Spell can use the spell power to form a "golden light shield", similar to carrying a protective amulet with you, to resist external evil influences and stabilize the mind. The seal script itself is an important carrier of Taoist talismans. The golden script symbolizes "documents from the celestial realm" and has the sacred attribute of communicating with heaven and earth and transmitting wishes.
