Cross-Border Sourcing Notice

To ensure your packages clear customs smoothly and arrive safely, it is very important to understand the product restrictions and declaration rules for cross-border shipping to the US. Please read the following key guidelines carefully before selecting and ordering items, to avoid shipping delays or unnecessary losses due to non-compliance.
First, be aware of prohibited and restricted items. Items prohibited by law — including flammable and explosive goods, controlled weapons, illegal substances, cultural relics, and counterfeit or infringing products — are strictly forbidden for both purchase and shipping. Air freight has strict restrictions on items with batteries or magnets, liquids, powders, creams, food, and animal or plant products. These items are not always impossible to ship, but compliant channels must be confirmed in advance before ordering. Second-hand luxury and branded goods must come with purchase proof to avoid seizure over intellectual property concerns.
Second, special categories must be declared in advance. All electronics with built-in or included batteries, and items with magnets, must be reported before placing your order. We will arrange appropriate battery-safe shipping channels. Any failure to declare such items that results in seizure or return of the package will be at your own cost. For liquid cosmetics, food, and health supplements, please declare the ingredients, volume and packaging in advance, and confirm they are shippable before purchasing. For high-value items, we recommend providing proof of value and cooperating with accurate declaration to reduce customs risk. For second-hand goods, please truthfully declare the category, condition and actual value — under-declaration or false declaration is not permitted.
Regarding customs declaration and clearance, please cooperate with our compliance procedures. We make proper declarations based on the actual contents of each package. Please do not request under-valuation or false description of goods, as this can lead to heavy fines and even seizure of your package by customs. Items for personal use generally clear customs more smoothly. Ordering large quantities of identical items at one time may be classified as commercial import, resulting in additional duties or seizure — we recommend consulting our customer service first if you plan to order in bulk. Customs policies are updated periodically, and we will always keep you informed of the latest requirements.

Lastly, a few practical reminders. Please let us know in advance if your order includes fragile items or precision instruments, so we can apply reinforced packaging. For oversized or overweight items, shipping plans and specific costs must be confirmed in advance. Following these guidelines will give your package the best chance of clearing customs smoothly and arriving on time. If you have any questions about whether an item can be shipped, or how to declare it properly, please feel free to contact our customer service team at any time.
